2026.3 brings people, AI agents and partners together in one intelligent operating model. The Orchestrator gives every user a single, context-aware place to get work done. The Blue Yonder Platform shifts from manual, ticket-driven processes to self-service, AI-assisted operations. And Blue Yonder Network grows from a connectivity layer into an intelligent orchestration layer that automates decisions across the multi-enterprise supply chain. Together, they reduce manual effort, speed up deployment and help teams act faster with greater confidence.
What’s new in Cognitive Core
- Cognitive Core
The intelligent foundation where people, AI agents and trading partners work as one
Blue Yonder Orchestrator
One place to see, ask, decide, and act
The Orchestrator becomes the single operating surface for supply chain work, bringing centralized platform access, an interactive briefing, a new default navigation and mobile experience, and redesigned collaboration into one consistent, context-aware interface.
- Unified platform access
Users can now manage roles and settings in one place on the Platform, instead of jumping between products to do it. - Conversational briefings
The briefing is now interactive. Each user gets a personalized Executive Summary and can ask questions right in the briefing, which was previously read-only. - Blue Yonder Navigator and Mobile Orchestrator
Navigation and mobile are the default, with search that reaches directly into applications. Mobile users can work hands-free with Voice-Only Mode and guided chat workflows, so they can complete tasks that were once view-only on the go. - Engagement and Collaboration
Rooms and in-context comments live in one panel with search, filters, and indicators for unread and priority items. Teams can reply in threads, react with emoji, @mention the right people, manage rooms and filter notifications by Critical, High and Low priority.
Blue Yonder Plattform
Deploy, configure and extend with less friction
2026.3 moves Blue Yonder Platform from people, emails and tickets to a self-service, AI-assisted operating model, led by Blue Yonder Mission Hub, service extensibility for warehousing and decision intelligence agents in the platform.
- Blue Yonder Mission Hub
One self-service front end replaces email and ticket-driven processes for provisioning, configuration, onboarding, migration and observability. Contract-driven automation keeps deployments matched to what was purchased, agents diagnose failures and summarize root causes, and a single watchtower view tracks environment health and migration progress. - Service extensibility for warehousing
Customers and Professional Services can build extensions that enhance and tailor business logic. Customer-specific workflow logic can be authored, versioned and executed on the Platform. - Data cloud configuration
Customers can configure how their data maps to the Blue Yonder Data Model, with full traceability across the ingestion path. Pre-Ingress converts formats such as IFD, XML and EDI automatically, so customers can send data as-is and deploy faster. - Decision intelligence agents in the platform
New onboarding, migration orchestrator and document parser agents join a growing set of platform agents for analytics, configuration, observability, provisioning and anomaly detection. A new manufacturing ontology and a shared text-to-SQL sub-agent give the Inventory and Warehouse Ops agents deeper, more accurate insight across Data Cloud data.
Blue Yonder Network
Real time visibility and orchestration with every partner
Blue Yonder Network connects every supply chain partner on one risk-aware platform. Multi-tier plans and orders stay in sync, shipments are tracked in real time across rail, truckload and parcel, disruptions are resolved faster, and partner onboarding runs on one unified platform.
- Multi-tier supply chain orchestration
Partners at every tier collaborate securely on master data, buy-sell orders with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and forecasts, while internal plans stay protected. Planning is more precise with inventory and capacity tracking, plus WIP, lot, and yield reporting, a new mobile production forecast app, and inspection visibility. - Logistics Command Center
The Logistics Command Center now orchestrates rail and multi-party third-party logistics (3PL) workflows with machine learning (ML) truckload ETAs. telematics, and digital proof of collection sharpen real-time visibility, and new integrations speed deployment and broaden global reach. - Network stock and asset management
Stronger shipment traceability, more accurate packing, and targeted stock locks keep inventory reliable. This helps partners coordinate receipts and preserve asset identity through refurbishment, with independent control for serialized parts. - Network risk and resilience
Risk visibility now covers facilities and the transportation lanes between them, including in-transit monitoring. A unified workspace brings risk events, business impact, and recommended actions together so teams can respond faster. - Network foundation
A new platform frame and harmonized tables deliver a more consistent experience across the network. Broadcast Board banners keep users informed while role-based dashboards and approval alerts simplify administration.
