Call for Speakers

One of the leading reasons supply chain and retail professionals return to ICON year after year is to hear customer success stories first-hand. It’s a chance to share your knowledge, expertise and experience—and we’d love to include your contribution.

Why submit an ICON proposal?

Presenting at ICON isn’t just about speaking—it’s about inspiring others, strengthening your personal brand and helping build a strong collaborative community of Blue Yonder customers. ICON speakers are dynamic thought leaders and practitioners willing to share what it takes to deliver real value to their companies—and their customers—using Blue Yonder solutions. Speaking at ICON allows you to gain professional recognition for your expertise as a thought leader, connect with others, and join a roster of elite influencers in the retail and supply chain space. Whether you’re a seasoned speaker or a first-timer, ICON welcomes fresh perspectives that help attendees drive business success.

What stories are we looking for at ICON?

We are looking for stories that showcase you and your company’s expertise and success in transforming your retail and supply chain. ICON breakout sessions will be 30 minutes on either Monday, May 18 or Tuesday, May 19, and we’re looking for your expertise in:

  • Digital transformation
  • Real results achieved using Blue Yonder Cognitive Solutions
  • Journey to Cognitive
  • Sustainability success
  • Delivering on customer promises
  • Navigating through supply chain disruption and volatility

How you benefit from being a speaker at ICON

  • Position your company as a leader in supply chain and retail technology, attracting new vendors and partners
  • Build your personal brand as a thought leader and industry expert
  • Network with other leaders in your industry and beyond for insights to help you gain a competitive edge
  • Approved speakers receive a complimentary full conference registration pass to ICON 2026
  • Blue Yonder will provide one free registration per breakout session.
  • If there are multiple speakers from the same company in a single session, one speaker will receive free registration and the additional speaker will pay the standard rate. Due to breakout sessions being 30 minutes, we recommend no more than two speakers per breakout
  • If the session is a panel with multiple speakers from multiple companies, each speaker will receive free registration.
  • Peer recognition
  • Speakers will be acknowledged and recognized on the website and in the session catalog, through the mobile app and on-site at the event with special badge credentials.

How to submit a session proposal

Submitting a proposal is a simple, step-by-step process. Here are some guidelines for defining your session and filling out the submission form.

  • Craft a title (100 character limit): Provide an overview of the topic that you will present. Make it very clear to attendees what they’ll learn. Tip: Start with a verb and include the name of the product or technology.
  • Create an abstract (250 words or less): Craft a short paragraph that dives deeper into what your session is going to cover. Be creative! What are you going to explain? What are you going to showcase? What will your audience take home with them and share with their teams? Tip: Accuracy and clarity are more important than creative writing. Be careful with AI-generated titles and abstracts, as they can feel inauthentic and impersonal.
  • Enter your company name.
  • Select the industry that your company serves.
  • Select the verticals for your primary audience.
  • Select the appropriate track or tracks based upon the session topic.
  • What is the primary product that your content speaks to? (picklist): Select the main product your session will be about (e.g., Salesforce Platform).
  • Select continue to add participants.
    • Submitter is the person submitting the proposal.

    • Speaker is the speaker for the session — you can enter one or multiple speakers, but please note only one speaker gets free registration at ICON.

Submit by the deadline: Ensure your proposal is submitted before January 10, 2026.

If you have more than one topic that you’d like to propose, please complete the submission process separately for each.
