In March, Blue Yonder welcomed a new cohort of 98 apprentices in Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Pune. With apprentices from a wide range of universities and academic backgrounds, the program focuses on learning, innovation and impact while developing future leaders in the supply chain industry. Apprentices gain hands-on experience, work with industry experts, and build practical skills that support modern, intelligent and sustainable supply chains.
We invited several apprentices to share their personal highlights from the experience so far. Check out some of their responses below.
Shruti Das: I recently joined the Sky Learning team at Blue Yonder as an apprentice. My experience with the program has been highly enriching and well-structured from the outset.
The culture is exceptionally warm, inclusive, and supportive, fostering strong collaboration across teams. I particularly value the systematic cross-departmental engagement, which offers meaningful organizational exposure. The early interaction with leadership was impactful and set a clear direction for the journey ahead.
